How do you obtain a Protection Order?

In order to obtain a Protection Order, you must prove 2 things to the Court:

1. Your harasser has committed any one of the 5 offences listed under the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA).
2. That the same, or another one of the 5, offence(s) are likely to be committed by your harasser again
